My 80-200 2.8 was stolen 4 years ago, with the 800 mm and most things of value.

I bought a Sigma macro 180 2.8 soon after  and the 135 f2 was still with a friend who had borrowed my d4 with a few lenses for his honeymoon.

I never ever felt the urge to get that zoom again. I'm fine with the 24-70 and a sluggish ( best focus by hand) 70-180 micro Nikkor which was in repair at the time. But really, in my back the 180 and the allrounder are my basic gear, often accompanied by a 300 2.8 or the 18mm 3.5, depending on what I do.
