EIZO CS2730 (if you can still get one) or the newer CS2731

Just a heads up that the Eizo that the M1 chip is currently not supported for use with the ColorEdge calibration software. Eizo states that it will be supported "at a later date."

I was looking at getting a refurbished 32" NEC 2k that has been discontinued (around $525 including shipping). But the CS2731 looks like a better option for me. . . The size of the "industrial design" NEC is more than I want to deal with LOL.

They have an offer on this screen (CS2731) this Christmas, valid until 10/1 or as long as they have it in stock, so this looks promising if you can recommend it.

Svein

Svein, do you have a link for the offer?

with Google's help I'm guessing it's this one: https://www.scandinavianphoto.no/eizo/cs2731-1047568

(about 1000€)

Yes it is this one.

The price reduction is not much, but better than nothing
But still rather expensive, at least here in Norway.
I also assume I have to invest in this one; X-Rite i1 Display Pro!

Or can the "Quick Color Match" do the trick!

Svein

Not sure. You could ask which one is included in this 'Kampanje': https://www.scandinavianphoto.no/eizo/cs2731cal-1047570

You can download this software free;

PS: for the moment, only Spyder X seems to work with M1 - see from 11:50 on this video for current calibration issues with M1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVi0YdAB2M0
