its not too big - good grief

i think folks are getting to be real "soft "

the egos are perfect on the G9 unless you are a small women or child

The G9 is the largest non gripped M4/3 camera and big when compared to many others. Why is it "soft" to not want a camera that is uncomfortable to use?

What an idiotic remark to make.

I think you had better go & check sizes of other m4/3 before making remarks like that.

Such as?

I'm counting the M1X as gripped due to its design

Lol. Special dispensation because it's an Olympus right. Isn't the GH5 & a little bit bigger than the G9? I know for sure it's heavier, & the ergo's aren't quite as nice.

Exactly

Maybe with the GH5, will have a look.

I have a G9 so no bias there, but for instance my daughter has small hands and would find it uncomfortable to use. Not soft, just sensible especially if it would ut someone off from going out and taking photos.

Similar to me when I was lugging about a 5DMk2 and lenses, main reason I went for something smaller and lighter. saying that the G9 and 12-100 does weigh a bit, but also have a GX9 and 15/1.7 for wandering around town.
