I was in exactly this dilemma a few weeks ago and ended up picking up the X-E3 with the XF 18-55 and I am so, so glad I did. It's an easy camera to get into, well build, rigid and attractively priced. I have loved the buildquality, easy and comfortable handling and above all the image quality (although IQ will ofcourse be identical with the other two). AF has been good for me in various settings, even though it is winter and I live far north, which means it's not very light out these days. Like mentioned above, the AF is a little dependend on the amount of light. In some dark scenario's I have shots that missed, however there I am speaking 1 out of 100 shots.

I landed on the X-E3 in this way: First of all important to mention that I got the X-E3 new for around the same price as I could get the XT200 with a XF 18-55. Given the XT200 has inferrior build quality and no physical shutterspeed dail, I chose to give it a pass. The XT-2 on the other hand is bigger, more in your face for than the X-E3 and still more expensive as a kit new. I would always prefer the warranty coming with a new camera and simply knowing what the camera has done so far. For me the X-E3 was a great pick for what I wanted: Very well build, great handling, small enough not to be disturbing at parties etc and great IQ.

I can not stress enough how much this camera has suprised me in a positive way. Good luck with your choice!
