With the info you provided, the logical first thing to do is to try to swap the card. If it takes a minute to get one, reset the camera, reconfigure, and use it normally. If it occurs again try to note what you were doing, the settings currently in use.
Check that your lens and body firmware are current, as well. And avoid having the Clarity setting in-camera set to anything but zero.
Thanks for the tips. Still hasn't happened again. But will record it when it happens again.
