That's my guess too. It could take some time, as even for the Sony mount the Sigma DN mirrorless lens line up isn't complete.

The first one is maybe Q3 or Q4 2021.   Second one in H1 2022.   Then a pause  while they fix the gen 1 lens firmware follow by a full launch in 2023 if feedback and sales are good.  Meanwhile they have the EF and may give rebates to spike sales.
