Here is the image I get after processing through ACR and PS. I can't come close to the NR, particularly in the background, with DXO.

I tried to match your crop with two different edits.

The first edit is my best on PL4 with DeepPrime at default with no masks. There is still some grain in the background.

The second edit is with PL4 with DeepPrime at default with masks. The bird was masked. That mask was duplicated and inverted with reducing sharpening and microcontrast to remove the background grain.
