"Olympus calls it Pro Capture mode, and it will record 14 pre-captured frames – but requires an Olympus Micro Four Thirds lens to be attached"

Procapture high (60 fps) works with any lens including manual focus because it has no autofocus during the burst

Procapture low (18fps) requires an Olympus MFT only lens

Panasonic SH1 and SH2 do not require any specific lens as they work on single af or predicitions.

In most practical circumstances the low speed option is not really that useful for a pre-burst but the Panasonic one works with any lens

Why are you comparing two Panasonic L mount bodies' features to a MFT Olympus? Wouldn't it be more practical to compare the EM1-II to a GH5 or G9?

SH1 is how it's called on panasonics bodies. That's being said you only get a 18mp  JPEG file with a G9. With Olympus you'll get full Raw files so it's not even close.
