Tamron SP 35mm f/1.4 Di USD for Astrophotography

To all,
I just star tested my new Tamron SP 35mm f/1.4 Di USD. It is an absolutely fantastic lens. You can shoot it wide-open with minimal aberrations in the extreme corners on a full frame DLSR. It is a steal for $699. It's currently on sale. I would highly recommend it for anyone getting into astrophotography. I don't have time to post my test images at this time; however, I will post a few of them tomorrow. I'll definitely be using it for meteor showers in the future. It may actually beat the Canon EF 35mm f/1.4 II. It is that good. I hope Tamron's quality control is good. This is my first Tamron lens so I don't have any history with them. I'm definitely pleased with the quality of this lens. It feels good in the hands and is well made.
