If you look on this website: and click the 'Lab test result' graphic, there is a slider at the bottom and left.

You can see that at 100mm, F5.6 is sharper than F4 and F8. If you want an even sharper result, it should be sharper at around 35mm F5.6.

The EM5 mark 3 has an antialiasing filter which adds a small bit of blur, and a Bayer sensor might struggle (just my speculation here) with pixel-level detail when the entire surface is pretty much one color.

You should be able to get out a bit more sharpness with the right lens choice, but the photo would be considered 'sharp'.
