Z6 - Full Moon Over New York City - 11/29/20 - Part 2
32

This is the full sequence of shots from dusk to blue hour from Sunday's full moon rise over NYC. In the foreground is the Lackawanna Clock Tower (Hoboken, NJ). In the background 2.85 miles away is the Empire State Building. And 238,000 miles behind that is the full moon

Nikon Z6 + Tamron 100-400. I plan my moon shots with TPE & PhotoPills. More info on how I do my moon shots here: https://www.dpreview.com/articles/0716430567/shooting-the-moon-behind-the-shot-with-peter-alessandria

The last shot gives some context. The charm of shooting in the NYC area is all the crap that surrounds you - in this case, construction cranes, street lights and power lines!
