You have to understand exposure. Why are you shooting at f/16 indoors? And 1/8000sec indoors?

Small aperture will allow less light to get in which will raise your ISO to extremely high numbers in Auto ISO.

A very fast shutter speed would do the same. I suggest you take the time to understand the 3 principals of exposure (aperture, shutter speed, ISO) to determine correct exposure at any given scene. The camera has a built in light meter that you can use as reference. "0" being optimal.
