I leave it here, hopefully it will help somebody else too. It was my mistake, of course, as follows:

1. I sharp the image to maximum having the Threshold at its minimum value - I should know that this is a no no for checking your sensor

2. I checked the image at 100% and 200% and the patterns looks like lines, at 400% the pattern looks totally different

3. I use only ISO100. For 5D Mark III, the pattern seams to change at different ISO values.

What makes me doubt my analyze technique was the fact that the images which were made with a long exposure had a different pattern and if was a sensor malfunction then in every image, over/normally/under expose, I should see the same vertical lines noise pattern and is not the case.
