Thank you for a RAW file, for me it looks like you have focused either on clouds in background or somewhere on foreground which was close to you and not in the frame.

How did you focus?

I shoot landscapes mostly in manual focus mode with help of peaking and focus scale (blue line indicates what will be in focus, white line - actual plane of focus, so I keep one edge of blue line on infinity, ad other end of line as close as possible).
