Canon 5D Mark III vertical noise/banding lines

Hello there,

Lately I noticed some noise lines in my Canon 5D Mark III pictures. Below is a 100% crop and a 200% crop, having Unsharp Mask/Strength at its highest value in order to make it more visible.

ISO 100, same for all f values, lens Canon 100mm f 2.8 L. The camera has only 50000 shutter actuations.

They are easily removed with noise tool, DPP or Lightroom, but I wonder what is the cause.

Thank you very much for your time and answer!

Later edit, if I increase Threshold value the lines disappear. Remains my question, why this happens now. I have checked old pictures, same shooting conditions and they are clean, no banding lines.

Below is a 200% crop having Unsharp Mask/Strength at half.
