I would say your hand size matters a lot too, also what lenses you plan on using?

Fairly light primes or the heavy zooms?

I have big hands and the x-h1 is vastly better in my hand than an xt body.

It also feels like a high end swiss watch which the xt does just almost does.

I have an xe3 as well and two fujicrons to it, I have not aired it since I got the x-h1.

Coincidentally all travel has gotten cancelled since I got the x-h1, so that might explain that.

I would really recommend the x-h1, it is a lovely camera to use.

Its only real con is the batteyr life, it is not super bad but far from great.

For an amateur like me, that does NOT spray and pray, it is not a problem, but it is for some.

Since you seem happy with the x100 I assume you do not do bif, or sports, and then the x-h1 only has upsides to the rest, in my view. Not that the x-h1 is bad at it, but the newer bodies are better at it.

IQ is not even worth discussing I feel, there is not a lot in it, minor minor differences.

You cant really go wrong with any of the cameras, they are all good.

Focus on the tactile and physical, that is my advice I guess.
