There is no "best" lens; only a lens or lenses that suits your own individual needs. Unless you can define those precisely we can't really help.

Hi, I have a Sony a6400 mirrorless (E or FE mount) and on my trip to Uluru last week I noticed a black dot ( a chip/scratch) is on all of my pics. I can photoshop them out but it time to replace the lens. I broke the 18-55mm lens that came with the camera. Its ok, but i want a more professional lens

What do you mean by that? There's no such thing as "professional" lens; if you mean "better" you need to explain what it is about the lens you have that is letting you down. I see from your later posts that there is, in fact, no damage to the lens.

but my max budget is $1200 AUD ($1000 US).

My research came up with these 3 options..... (I looked at the Sony G lens range but they are way too dear for my little Mirrorless.. i only paid $800 for the body!)

These are al relatively slow lenses. There's nothing wrong with that but in terms of light gathering they are only slightly better than the zoom lenses you already have (and significantly slower than your primes).

Sony E PZ 18-105mm f/4 G OSS

This covers the focal length range of your 18-55 and part of your 55-200.

Sony E 16-70mm F4 Carl Zeiss ZA OSS

This gives you slightly (12.5% each way) more fields of view than your 18-55.

Sony Vario-Tessar T* FE 24-70mm f/4 ZA OSS Lens

This gives narrower field of view than your 18-55.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Thank you.

I can't see any worthwhile difference with these to what you already have.

This is what I already have:
