Thanks for the info.  Yes, i meant 1660 Ti...

I found out last evening that Topaz uses the GPU a lot.  I made tests with my low end GTX 750 Ti and Topaz Denoise improves by 31% !!!  Since I use Topaz in almost every photo, I will definitely get the 1660 Ti.
