Is this lens decentered?

I am new to photography and am currently learning how to identify if a lens is decentered. The camera body that I am using is a Sony a9 ii, and the lens that I am testing is a Sony 24mm f/1.4 GM.

I am following instructions from this web page:

The steps I followed are basically:

1. From a tripod, placed stop sign at the center of frame and focused on it.

2. From tripod at the same location, exposure settings and focus, took 4 shots with the stop sign in different corners.

3. Exposure settings were ISO 125, f/1.4, 1/2000s

Here is a picture of the general scene with the stop sign in the middle.

Here is a close-up of the 4 stop signs in different corners. Note that these images are darker due to vignetting.

When inspecting the images up close, I noticed that one of them is significantly darker than the others (the third one). Also, the first and second one are slightly less sharp to my eyes.

Do these differences mean that my lens is decentered?

Thanks for your advice!
