L Bracket for EOS RP

I see that RRS L-brackets are highly recommended for R5 cameras on another thread.

The RRS bracket for the RP costs in the region of €160 (https://www.augenblicke-eingefangen.de/really-right-stuff-beos-rp-l-winkel-fuer-canon-eos-rp), whereas one made by an unknown manufacturer sells on Amazon.co.uk for £22 (https://www.dpreview.com/forums/create?type=discussion&forum=1070).

I cannot see any obvious advantage in buying the RRS bracket when it costs ~8 times as much as the generic bracket. An L-bracket is just a piece of painted aluminium made by a CNC machine, it has no electronic parts or firmware, it just has to hold the camera tight without damage, be square in both axes and fit securely in the arca clamp.

What is the justification of the high price of the RRS hardware?
