Sony A7RIV or Nikon Z7?

I'm looking for a general-purpose camera. My Fuji XT20 doesn't have weather sealing and I want better low light photos. I also crop often so higher resolution is what I need

The focus is on stills. Travel, food, people. Sometimes animals. Landscapes. I don't take videos often, but both are capable of 4K 30 fps and that is enough for me.

Weather sealing is important for me. I want to be able to take photos in any weather without having to worry about the camera. This is very important for my travel photos - when I'm traveling I go out in any weather. Nikon Z7 has great weather sealing, what about the new Sony? Weather sealing is improved in A7RIV, but is it good enough now? Older Sonys had problems with weather sealing.

IBIS is important. I don't use a tripod often. Z7 has good IBIS, what about Sony?

I use SOOC JPEGs every now and then. I think both should be fine. Some people don't like Sony JPEGs, but could they tell in a blind test?

I don't own any Nikon or Sony lenses and both cameras cost the same. Lens options are good enough for me, so it doesn't matter.

I crop often, so A7RIV has an advantage due to the higher resolution sensor.

I get the impression that Sony is technologically more advanced, but what about the weather sealing and mechanical robustness? Nikon might have an edge in those things.
