As a moving wildlife photographer,

Would that be a moving photographer of wildlife, or a photographer of moving wildlife? Both simultaneously would be a real challenge.

10 hour hikes and cycling 150 km on my mountain bike, size and weight are extremely important.

The second best option with regard to image quality is my 7DII with 70-300 L. Two kg but I have a room full of backpacks, belt packs, chest packs, shoulder bags, slings so for every trip I can find something that works.

No problem when cycling fast on the road and off-road, my gear is in my backpack. No problem when hiking in difficult terrain. Running is possible. I have a Clik Elite Sport that's made for that. Can still be found on the internet. However, I don't run with my gear, where I live that makes no sense. May be different in other countries though.
