I was shocked when Ricoh released GR III and there was no replacement for GH-3 accessory from GR I/II. It was very strange they gave us no such option.

I know that NISI made their own adapter but I always liked the GH-3 so I adapted it to GR III and IMHO it is better than NISI for rounded filters, especially if you need to use step-up ring.

Here are photos presenting my adapter

I guess that after 3D scanning it would be possible to make STL file for 3D printing.

BTW : there is no vignetting; corners are bright

Hi, I was curious to see what seems to be a red filter. Have you perchance converted your sensor to monochrome? If so, could you give me some info on where you had that done and how much it cost?

As for the filters, I tried a magnetic solution, where you attach a tiny ring on the GRIII front and then are given a magnetic adapter where you can screw in filters. I have been using that for my long exposure photography, with a 10 stop and a 6 stop filter, sometimes combined. It's been working well, though it certainly isn't great if you want to have some filter on all the time.
