IBIS+OSS with 24-105mm: how many stops

I recently got  a new Sony 24-105mm and I was trying to figure out how many stops I can gain by the IBIS on the body (a7r3) + OSS in the lens (they presumably work together like in other cameras).

Honestly, I never saw more than 2 stops improvement, and by that I mean sharp shots as evaluated with a target and compared to what it should be (tripod or high speed shutter speed). And when I say 2 stops, this is relative to the usual 1/FL shutter speed rule which more or less works OK with all my bodies and lenses. This finding was more or less uniform across the zoom range, 24mm, 50mm, 105mm.

This is a bit disappointing as with other lenses that had no OSS I roughly achieved the same improvement. What is your experience with this lens or lens+body combo?
