Another R5 with stuck pixels

Hi,

Please can anyone advise?

After having returned my first R5 due to numerous stuck pixels the replacement has two prominent clusters of red stuck pixels which are visible in both the EVF and rear screen indicating a potentially faulty sensor.

I bought the camera for low light photography and video so the thought of having to correct stuck pixels in a £4k camera is not promising. My 6D MkII, R (both sold) and now M200 (backup camera) are free of stuck pixels.

I've tried setting the camera to manual cleaning with the body cap attached for 60 seconds in the hope that this would remap the faulty pixels. The ISO was set to default. The battery was about 60% and not the supplied battery. Naturally, I'm disappointed and frustrated so if anyone has some practical suggestions I would be most grateful.

Thanks,

Martyn
