If I had to choose between an X-E4 with WR but no IBIS or the X-S10 with IBIS but not WR then I'd certainly pick the X-E4. Since I like hiking which is pretty much a daytime activity the WR feature seems much more useful to have than IBIS.

This is what people have to understand. There are so many people who still never use ibis because they photograph in the daylight only. Additionally, many people do not photograph unless it’s a nice day. To some of us, these features are must haves... to others, they do not care.

The x-e4 will be released into a market where Ibis has been included in every FF MILC released in the last year or more, so the market has already decided whether this is a must-have feature or not.

I see... so because it is in $1500-2000 FF cameras it will be in a $899 APSC camera that is always the last in the line to be updated by Fuji?

The x-s10 was recently released with a $999 MSRP and the A6600's street price is $1,198, the market can bear a $100 price increase for an IBIS equipped x-e4

As many have stated... the X-S10 has a huge grip. Put this grip on the X-E series and it’s fan base will be very upset.  This fact cannot be ignored. Price is not the hurdle.

I would love for this camera to have everything... but I think it is wishful thinking.

You and I know it cannot and will not have everything, the question is whether it will have ibis or not, chances are it will, so it can hold its own against competing products.
