Mirrorless camera/lens for bird photography

I am attempting to purchase a camera and lens to photograph birds, wildlife.  I have been using a point and shoot and like the ease of use and especially the weight.  I have decided to go with a mirrorless to keep size/weight down. I am a beginner and want  a “kit” that I can learn on that won’t break the bank but will give me photos to use in identification and sharing, etc.  Olympus continues to come up while researching primarily for bird photography.  Any comments on a OM-DE-M10 Mark lll paired with a M.Zuiko digital ED 75-300 f/4.8-6.7? Other suggestions? Must be as lightweight as possible and beginner geared. Thanks
