I guess I should make a footer and put this in, but for reference, I have the 16 f1.4, 35 f2.0, 50 f 2.0, 90 f2.0, 16-80, 18-55, 11 mm extension tube, and I have the 10-24 version II on order.

I’m debating whether I should I keep the 16 mm F1.4 once the 10-24 arrives. It’s currently my fastest lens, so I would probably need to look elsewhere for another F1 .4 for low light. Maybe the new 18, or the 23? Those focal lengths would be a little more versatile than the 16 mm to me.

Its also my closest focusing wide-ish lens, but I’ve realized don’t take advantage of that great quality very often in my shooting.

For those who own the 10-24, except for low light scenarios, would I get noticeably superior image quality at f 4.0, f5.6 or f8 using the 16 mm 1.4 compared to the 10-24?

Who owns both lenses and has chosen to keep both?

Judging by the 16 f/1.4s I've had, (2), and the one 10-24, the 16s were definitely better than the 10-24 at 16mm at any common aperture, especially in the corners. Of course, the 10-24 was much better at any other focal length. The 10-24 is definitely best at its wide end.
