Re: Best "2 Lens" travel setup for Sony A7C

Unless it’s a trip dedicated to photography, then when I travel for leisure, I prioritize compact size and lenses on the wider side, as I want to exclude more of the environment (versus dedicated portrait lenses).

An excellent, compact pairing for that would be the Sony Zeiss 35mm 2.8 and (if you’re ok with MF) the Voigtlander 21mm f3.5. They are both about the same size, less than 40mm deep, and offer excellent IQ. Yes, they aren’t super fast, but the high ISO on the A7c is very good, so I wouldn’t be afraid to push it to keep shutter speeds up.

Other options are the Sony FE 1.8 line, the Samyang 18/35/45/75 series, and the Sigma 45mm. Plenty of higher quality, compact options, depending on your FL preference. N
