Hello, I suspect that some who have a Pentax and did not get a DSLM-FF from Pentax, they bought a Sony DSLM-FF, for which the adapter is intended. Greetings Ewald

I'm guessing that DSLM stands for digital single lens mirrorless? More commonly I've seen the term MILC instead: mirrorless interchangeable lens camera.

Anyway, Pentax does not have a full frame mirrorless. They did offer the K-01 (APS-C), which was technically mirrorless, but still used the standard K mount and registration... just no mirror or OVF.

Pentax, for APS-C and full frame, seems intent on sticking with K mount and DSLRs. Their mirrorless offerings have much smaller (Q) or much bigger (GFX) sensors than full frame.
