Vintage lens on MFT

if a modern lens doesn't repulse you

If a modern 35mm lens doesn't repulse you (you did mention vintage) with a look similar to many old-school lenses, I have found the Pergear 35mm f1.2 being an excellent candidate.

I have tried many adapted lenses on Micro 4/3 and until recently the refitted F.Zuiko 32mm f1.7 was my favorite: compact and light, plenty sharp past wide open. But the opportunity for an inexpensive f1.2 lens was worth the gamble.

The Chinese lens stands out from other offering I have tried: the Pergear 35/1.2 is sharp, well made and with a precise helicoid (unlike some other Chinese lenses).

But the proof is in the pudding:
