The Issue is the run away exposure compensation problem on the Fuji X100V that others have had also. The camera has already been repaired by Fujifilm USA by replacing the entire top of the camera, but the issue remains as seen in the video below that I took yesterday.

Sometimes turning the camera off then on fixes the issue but other times you have to remove the battery to fix it.

I don't know what my options are with fujifilm and wanted to know if anyone else had an un-fixed issue and what Fujifilm did to resolve it to your satisfaction. I don't really want my camera tore down again & I don't want a refurbished one.

How should I approach this? What are your ideas?

Thanks all!

I’ve had my T-3 in 3 times for similar things. All is well and I must say Fuji support is great to work with

I guess my biggest issue is if they don't know what is causing it I'd rather not send it in for them to replace something else, but at the same time it's not right. I wonder if this is an early adopter issue only???

I’d definitely call them again. I called after the second time and they were upset that the camera was still having problems. Went as far as saying if we can’t figure it out we’ll replace the camera. They ended up replacing the main board the last time and it seems to be good.

They also sent overnight shipping labels both ways. The last time I sent it in on Monday and I had it back on Friday.

Will do!

Thanks!
