I should point out that you are comparing the EF 24-105 L with the (RF 85 same size as) RF 24-105 STM. A fairer comparison would be the RF 24-105 L which weighs a tad more than the EF 24-105 L.

BonnieSueM owns the Mark II version of the EF 24-105mm f/4 L which weighs 95 grams more than the RF version

Or, you should at least be comparing the EF 24-105 STM to the RF STM.

BonnieSueM does not own the EF STM version, which is 130 grams heavier than the RF STM version

But then, if the L vs non-L optical qualities don't make a difference to you, you should forget full frame and just go with the M6II and super zoom.

There is a pretty big difference between the RF 24-105mm f/4-7.1 and the EF-M 18-150mm f/3.5-6.3.  The full frame RF lens is equivalent to a hypothetical EF-M 15-66mm f/2.5-4.5.  The RF STM lens may sound really slow due to the f/7.1 aperture, but there is nothing in the EF-M system that is remotely equivalent.

Optical qualities aside, BonnieSueM currently owns and uses the 6D II and EF 24-105mm f/4 IS II L, and the point of this entire thread is about lighter weight options.  Just because someone no longer wishes to carry a large L lens does not mean they need to go to the opposite extreme and relegate themselves to a sueprzoom lens.  There is a vast array of options in between this "all-or-nothing" approach.
