They are both almost the same, the top one is a little better, and it seems to me that the water in the foreground is completely blown.

Thanks ceistinne:  Yes the water is blown in the foreground.  I had planned to use a second under exposed image and blend the water to show some detail, but the files we too much out of register (no tripod ),
