What most people forget about smartphone cameras
2

As smartphone cameras keep getting better, you still have people who will take an image, zoom in to 100%, pixel peep the image and then complain about softness and lack of detail. Are people forgetting that these are prime lenses shooting 24-26mm wide open at f/1.8 or so? Grab a 24mm f/1.8 or faster lens, put it on a 12 megapixel DSLR/mirrorless camera, go shoot a landscape wide open, then zoom in to 100% and pixel peep it and let us know how sharp your corners are and how detailed things miles away appear. Most landscapes are usually shot up around f/11 Id imagine landscapes shot wide open at 24mm on a 12 megapixel camera would not be very detailed at all once zoomed in to 100% and pixel peeped.
