How are the OLD 20-35 F/2.8L and 17-35 F/2.8L ?

Hi,

I have a 20-35 f3.5-4.5 usm currently as my only wide angle zoom, and it's range is fine but it's an old lens and I am not a fan of the variable aperture and it's not a particularly fast lens.

I know the new 16-35 is a great lens, but it's $999 for F4/L Is and double that for the F2.8 version.

So, I've been looking at these old L series 20-35 and 17-35 f2.8 lenses and curious how good are they still in terms of IQ and focus speed, will be used on 6d mk2.

Thanks!
