Considering EOS R system

I'm a Nikon DSLR shooter for ages, but have worked in a largely Nikon Canon hybrid world for the last ten years (events shooting).  I prefer a DSLR but...  EOS R has introduced two lenses which intrigue me greatly.

The 15-35 and 70-200RF.

In my opinion this is an ideal event shooting pair that puts ultra-wide and telephoto into a two lens set without the need for a typical trans-standard zoom.  24/28-70mm.  Two cameras, two lenses, 99% of shots covered.  No lenses changes, just a tiny bit of footwork or cropping, or maybe an ultrafast 50 in the bag too...

Anyone using such a set-up here care to comment on their experiences so far with this combination?
