Video Stills Comparison tool - is it accurate?

Help me understand something guys. Please consider this example

I do get it that the a6300 would beat the A7R3 (in crop mode) for obvious reasons.

But how come the a6300 also produces superior result compared to the A7R4 (also in crop mode)

All samples are claimed 4K/24p, 100mbps, f/5.6

Only variable here is that all three were tested using different lenses. Both FF bodies have zooms mounted on them; the a6300 hosts the 55mm 1.8ZA. No FL mentioned on those zooms...is all difference due to that!? Could the 55mm on the a6300 be so much crisper compared to the 24-70 GM on the A7R4 (+the megapixel advantage)? I don't get it...are there any comments as to how reliable this tool is?
