There is one though it is not free.

The one annoyance is that you have to connect to the ad-hoc WiFi network that the camera connects, thus unless you have LTE, your mobile device will have no internet connectivity while connected to the camera.

Also, the D5600 has a short timeout on its WiFi hotspot that it doesn't allow you to change, thus if you leave the app for even a few seconds, the camera will turn its hotspot off.

The app regularly goes on sale, thus they likely don't expect to sell it at $8.66 as that is really a steep price for such an app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=info.qdd&hl=en_US&gl=US
The app needs the option to use the Bluetooth connection with the app.

The snapbridge works well with the crazy short WiFi timeout since the snapbridge app can use the Bluetooth connection to tell the camera to turn on its WiFi radio whenever it times out, but the 3rd party apps don't do that, thus you have to manually turn it on in the camera settings.
