Should I concerned about AF of Z6 from non-professional point of view?

Right now Z6 is on discount and probably when Z6ii will start shipping, also during Black Friday, the price of Z6 may come down a little more (I hope).
Upcoming Z6ii is improved in many ways, as mentioned in many posts. But I am thinking about my requirements. I do not need dual cards. I don't need an extra grip. So I am feeling fewer requirements to pick Z6ii over Z6. And I don't print and don't do pixel-peeping, so not able to justify Z7 as well.
One thing which constantly being discussed about Z6 is, average AF in comparison to other similar competitors. I am not a professional, but a hobbyist photographer. When do you say it is not expected, how bad it is? I am not asking from numbers or extreme cases but from real-life examples. For example, where do you find Z6 is lacking, when shooting?
