Auto Iso on current Canon SLR's i.e. 90D

I am trying to find out if current Canon cameras will let me set the Aperture I want AND the shutter speed I want, then automatically set the ISO for correct exposure. I think Pentax call this TAv mode. My old 40D will not as AUTO in Manual mode sets to 400ASA. You have to fiddle around to manually set the ISO, by which time the wildlife has gone.

When using my long  lens to shoot wildlife I want to be able set about 1/500 to avoid shake AND perhaps f8 to limit depth of field, then I would really like the camera to figure out the ISO.

I can't be bothered upgrading if they still will not do this.

Can anyone shed light on this, I can't figure it out from Canon's website.

Thanks

Nigel G
