R5, DR and Shutter shock , electronic and mechanical shutter

Hi to all.

I would like just to clear some things that maybe I got wrong (hopefully) , I am mostly thinking about landscape photography where you need 100% movement free image with highest possible DR.

Is it correct that you loose quite a bit on DR when using electronic shutter while with mechanical you get shutter shock on some shutter speeds ?

This doesn't sound good for landscape photography if that is true, I want to think that DR actually isn't lowered but from test here it looks like it is.

In reality if all this is true we will need to balance which shutter to use and when to be more careful with exposure..

All the best

Kristian
