Time Lapse settings for M100 Milkly Way Shot

The M100 has a Time Lapse Movie mode for taking Time Lapses, but it doesn't let me manually set exposure time.

Here is a movie made with this camera, I can't reproduce the settings listed cause I can't change the values:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60yHfNAsh_A

Canon EOS M100 05.31.20

Settings:

Time-lapse movie

Interval/shots 7sec./570

F 3.5,

2"

ISO 6400

I don't see where I can set the iso or the exposure time when using Time-Lapse movie, but the author of the video clearly did and stated so in his settings.

Thanks!
