SD Card: is UHS I enough or do I need UHS II?

So, after your advice and the sale, I have upgraded my E-M1 Mk I to the Mk III.  Currently I been using Sand Disk Extreme Pro 64 GB SDXC I cards in all my cameras and been very pleased with them, no failure.

Now the Mk III supports the faster and much more expensive UHS-II cards. Although I do remember buying 500MB cards at $400 each when they first came out.   So for those who use the camera, is the UHS-I version fast enough to capture  rapid still shots as well as 4k video, or will I need the faster card even though only one slot handles UHS-II cards?

I don't plan on mirroring the cards, just use the second card for additional storage.  Also, I don't like the idea of having to be careful which card is in which slot, so all of my cards tend to be the same size, type and brand.
