No, touching the sensor with the finger is not likely to leave a permanent mark.

Wiping with a microfiber cloth is not the best method thought. If there are grains of dust or sand in the cloth and if you press too much, you may scratch something. You should not wet your sensor with ordinary water, distilled water or alcoohol, it can leave some residues. It is probably cleanable but it can make it worse than it was before.

Stop doing anything and looking at it. There is a huge chance your camera sensor is not damage.

Either go into a specialised shop and make it clean by a professional or buy a rocket blower + lenspen sensor klear and or rocket blower + sensor swabs with appropriate liquid. Watch some tutorials and try, you just need to be calm, in a clean place and without anything disturbing. Usually it takes me less than 5 minutes.

The main point is don't do anything until you get the right tools.
