Compare 70-200/4 S, 300/4 PF, and 300 + TC1.4

I don't pretend to be a serious gear tester but wanted to compare three lens setups, all at maximum aperture, on my Z7:

70-200/2.8 shot at f/2.8 and iso 1600
300/4 PF shot at f/4 and iso 3200
300/4 PF plus TC14 III shot at f/5.6 and iso 6400

Camera was on a tripod, EFCS, remote trigger, target was flash illuminated (no change in power throughout). Three refocused shots were taken with each configuration and the sharpest selected for processing. Processing was NX-D, Standard PC, no added noise reduction, with the larger two images downsized to match the smallest (from the 70-200).

I'm surprised how close the results are. I give the edge to the 300 without the TC, which is nice, since it's the lightest of the three setups.
