Don't ask how I learned that expensive lesson - but now that I learned my lesson, and spent the big bucks to upgrade my lenses too, I'm super pleased with the result.

I asked this question before and most people agree that while it's true many lenses can't use the full resolution on A7R IV, the images will still be more detailed than A7 III, for example (24mpix), using the same lens. Bigger camera resolution always helps.

Completely agree - I think people over think this and overblow the issue
