Welcome Nicolas!

If video is a big requirement, then you will need to get a newer model Fuji.  I haven't shot video with my X-E2s, but my understanding is that is sets the ISO automatically. I guess you can vary exposure on a limited basis with exposure compensation, but that generation of Fuji have limited video settings and capability. You'll need to step up to the X-E3 for more extensive video capability.

However, if primarily shoot stills, the X-E2 is a great little camera.  I have the X-E2s, X-E3 and X-H1.  I often reach for the X-E2s instead of the others.

If you do go for it, try to find the X-E2s. I had the X-E2, which I gave to my grandson and feel the difference between the two is worth paying a little extra.  Be warned, though, I have a Canon system and bought the X-E3 to "go along with it" and I don't shoot with my 5D2 body anymore, though I do use some of my Canon lenses on my Fuji bodies via the Fringer Pro adapter.
