TS-E lenses - diagonal shift
3

After some prodding from Canon (UK), I've finally stated doing some videos to go with my articles/reviews. In particular I'm in the process of doing a series looking at aspects of tilt/shift use, with one specific area per video.

One use of shift I've seen much less widely used is diagonally shifting the lens to add a shift of viewpoint/perspective to the normal vertical shift (rise) that you might use to prevent converging verticals for buildings or trees.

Hopefully the examples here illustrate the effect?

If anyone has any suggestions for specific aspects of tilt or shift use they find unclear, please do let me know (here or directly) since although I've another 7-8 ideas for topics, I'm sure there are more
