Sony has the 500mm.  It is very expensive, as are all primes in this range from any company--not to mention low demand due to the price.  I don't see Sony making 600mm prime which would be pretty much the same market and even more expensive.  For those working on a less than professional budget, the current zoom provides what most of us need and are willing to pay for.
